Engine Run in|breaking in|new bike 1st 1000KM what to do??

yoyoyo! break in question...I saw this in the newbie section, i think it would be useful to have a topic of it's own =D
new fz biru punya! last saturday, almost reach 500km...
the dealer told me to stay at 70kmh (5000rpm)until the 1000th km, the manual says after 500km can go further until 7500rpm...macam mana? which way you follow?

1. yang penting 20km yang pertama.
2. pakai mineral oil jangan pakai semi atau full syntetic (ako pakai shell yang 20 hengget)
3. panaskan enjin hingga suhu moto running sblom start jalan. (3 minit or more)
4. Jalan slow slow dulu sblom start remp. (refer kat trek komen dlm web tu)
5. Short burst remp pastu lepas minyak (decelerate) compression and decompression 2-2 penting.
6. pastikan takde kenderaan dibelakang anda pasal anda bawak laju... pastu tetiba slow.
7. main semua gear untuk cover smua rpm.
8. tukar minyak itam/filter kat 20km pastu every 200km hingga 1000km.
9. DO THIS AT YOUR OWN RISK

sesapa otai/atau tak otai leh komen.. aku dah try cara ni .. rasa cam best je enjin buat camni. ada lagi 200KM nak running huhuhu. Ako nak share je ..

kena berani sikit lanak buat....selalu buat hard brakein bagus untuk pkston ring...tapi teknik kena betul..silap buat jahanam

i've been using the soft break in...any comments on that? hehe...going max 70kmh is really bringing me down hehe...i've just past the 500 mark, today, i'll be going to 80kmh hehehe =)

factory suggestion mcm tu pun ok jugak..cuma mungkinc ara sahaja berbeza

since i've been following the manual, i'll continue doing it, will keep you guys updated if there's something wrong with this method after the first service

assalamualaikom.. sya guna fz merh.. bru dua bulan.. 0-1000 sya pntang elok.. skrng meter dah 2280km.. engin dah kasar n bunyi dah sedap.. npa ya? lagi stu.. masa kita bwa tngah laju boleh x drop grear smpai neutral? sya buat msa drop gear 5 smpai gear 3 ok lagi.. tp bila msa drop gear 2 dan nk nek gear dri neutral ke gear 2 atau gear 1... dia bunyi kuat macam da benda sngkut kt engin..?? takut gak laa.. slalu dok buat kt trafic light.. tolong ya.. bg advice.. ^_^||

sudah service? hehe...the bike manual says that the oil and transmission share the same engine oil...maybe that's the reason ur engine sounded like that? I seldom drop mine to neutral, hearing the engine sound until first gear got whirring sound...i think you can drop to neutral, but don't engage it if you're going too fast, scare the rear wheel lock. kadang kadang my bike would also have a little sound, but not too often, see if others have the same problem =)
