Draining the coolant Empty Draining the coolant

Post by kevinpunya Mon Jan 30, 2012 2:44 pm

I've bought a bottle of Yamaha Coolant and at the back, it asked me to drain the current coolant off the tank, how should i do that? Do I place a lot of water to flush it out? Or is there something below that can drain it out?

Would appreciate if i can get an answer for that =)

Thanks a lot!

Regards,

Kevin

why do we have to drain the current coolant? I never do that. I just add extra coolant oil to the current oil when it already indicate low coolant oil. Is that safe?
