Salam...
Ada sesapa pernah try wat coolant bypass kat blok korang?
Geng2 LC bigbore cakap ni salah satu cara untuk mengelakkan motor korang overheat...
di mana coolant yg kepanasan di blok akan trus naek ke radiator, tanpa melalui head...

contoh gambo:

kalau korang perasan, satu saluran dibuat antara lubang untuk buang coolant di blok, dan waterpump...
waterpump korang kena modi bg memasukkan tiub getah ni...

pandangan dari sisi:

biasanya blok yg dibuat bypass ni size antara 60mm - 63mm....

tp skarang da ada blok 65mm, di mana turut mempunyai bypass....
untuk size 60mm hanya ada saluran untuk coolant kluar, tetapi untuk 60mm, ada untuk coolant masuk dan kluar

kalau 65mm pasang kat fz, minyak tak cukup...
da ade yg try pasang... hehe...
kena cari injector & throttle body besar...

tp kalau kat LC, rasa2nya da ramai yg pasang...
tp mmg byk kena modi la...
crankcase kena lay kasi muat piston (fz PnP je)
pastu sistem penyejukan dibahagi dua - satu untuk piston, satu untuk head...
camne diorang wat aku xtaw... Laughing
carb besar, buang termostat, dll...
tp diorang x lenjan sepanjang masa la... guna apabila diperlukan je Mad
rod tak tahan...

sy da pkai blok 65....tp skang agak semput la...top jgn ckpla..mmg best...gear 4 dpt 150...rpm da cecah 11..tp nak taw, ape lagi brg nk kene modi ek??sbb semput cket la...
